About the Founder

William “Jay” Mather, the founder of our firm, brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the table. With a distinguished background in the United States Army’s 82nd Airborne Infantry Division, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Technology from Murray State University, Mr. Mather is well-equipped to handle any challenge that comes his way.

Additionally, Mr. Mather holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Technology and has specialized knowledge in the aviation, manufacturing, and construction industries. His areas of expertise span safety, environmental regulations, workers’ compensation, general liability, automobile and liability litigation, as well as investigations.

Furthermore, Mr. Mather holds several esteemed certifications, including being a Certified Safety Professional, Certified Environmental and Safety Compliance Officer, Certified Environmental Stormwater Compliance Professional, Registered Environmental Professional, Certified Fire and Explosive Investigator, and Certified Fire Inspector II.
